There are many different ways to volunteer at Safe Haven. You can help feed, clean, groom, or simply spend time with a horse and give them a little TLC.

Safe Haven Horse Rescue has a wonderful environment and is a great experience for individuals or families who would like to volunteer together. It is also a great way to teach horse enthusiasts about the care and responsibilty of horse ownership without the long term commitment and costs.

Weekends are always a great time to volunteer!  Please call 530-347-4941 for other volunteer hours and opportunities.

Join us for our Volunteer Work Day! The 2nd Saturday of each month. Lunch is provided for all volunteers!

We are also looking for volunteers to help with office work, grant writing, public relations, advertising and fundraising.
