600 Club

The folks here at Safe Haven Horse Rescue & Sanctuary would like to invite you to participate in our exciting new donation program.  We are looking for 600 contributors to donate a minimum of $10.00 a month, to our non-profit program.      By joining the 600 Club, you help us continue working toward our goal of creating a larger, up-to-date facility, and allow us to continue our humane equine rescue program.  We will also be able to broaden our programs geared at sharing equine life with the public.  It is our belief that an educated public will be beneficial to the horses we so greatly love.       Our goal is extremely important to our equine friends and the residents of Shasta and Tehama communities.  As with all non-profit organizations, fundraising is our only way to see that these programs are implemented and continued.      We welcome everyone interested to attend our "Volunteer Work Day" held on the second Saturday of every month from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Lunch is provided.  Bring the family and support our worthy cause! Sponsorship
	Individuals can sponsor a horse for a monthly fee.  Sponsorship is an excellent program for people who don't have the money or space for a horse.  This program is also great for children, it teaches them that having a horse isn't just about riding them.  Sponsors can be local or live abroad.  Either way your sponsorship helps feed them and pay for their veterinary care.

Volunteering
	There are many different ways to volunteer, you can feed, clean, groom, or simply spend time with a horse and give them a little TLC.

Community Service
	Safe Haven offers community service programs for FFA students, high school seniors, and troubled youths.  Through our community service programs we teach the basics of caring for and maintaining horses.  We also teach how animals are dependent on humans to give them a better quality of life and how every little bit counts.
